Properties Unlimited Group completed a full tile roof restoration in Yamanto. The existing concrete tile roof required repairs to ridge capping and replacement of broken tiles to restore watertight performance before coating.
The roof area measured approximately 285 m². Work started with grinding and repointing of 165 ridge caps, plus supply and replacement of 30 damaged tiles, leaving spares on site. Once all repairs were finished, the entire roof was pressure washed with a 4,800 PSI pressure washer, including gutter cleaning. One coat of specialised primer was then applied, followed by two coats of roof membrane in Slate Grey. This system provides UV protection, weather resistance and a consistent dark grey finish across the tiles.
The completed roof is clean, sealed and protected against Queensland conditions, with improved durability and appearance. A 15-year warranty on the membrane system was issued on completion.
Grind and repoint ridge caps. Supply and replace damaged tiles as required.
After repairs are completed, pressure wash the roof with a 4,800 PSI pressure washer, including gutter cleaning.
Clean down roof and apply one coat of specialised primer.
Apply two coats of chosen roof membrane in Slate Grey.
Supply 15 year warranty upon final payment.
