Properties Unlimited Group completed a full tile roof restoration in Brassall, Ipswich QLD. The project included thorough cleaning of the 195m² roof, replacement of damaged tiles, re-bedding of the top ridges, installation of two new mill-finish whirlybirds, and application of Charcoal Roof Protect coating. Edge protection was used throughout to safely complete the two-storey restoration, delivering improved weather resistance and a fresh, long-lasting finish.
Damaged tiles were replaced to make the roof watertight. All ridge caps were ground and pressure cleaned to ensure strong adhesion of the new pointing material. Top ridges were re-bedded and repointed to match the existing roof colour.
The entire 195m² roof was thoroughly pressure washed. Gutters were cleaned of debris and the surface was prepared for coating. Edge protection was installed for the two-storey height to ensure safe access throughout the job.
A specialised primer was applied, followed by two coats of Charcoal Roof Protect membrane. Two new mill-finish whirlybirds were also installed during the works.
A full inspection was completed, all rubbish was removed from site, and a 15-year warranty was issued upon final payment.
