Properties Unlimited Group completed a tile roof restoration in Flinders View. The existing concrete tile roof required repairs to ridge capping and replacement of broken tiles before coating could proceed.
The roof area measured approximately 190 m². Work started with grinding and repointing of 125 ridge caps, plus supply and replacement of 20 damaged tiles. Solar panels were temporarily removed to allow full access. Once repairs were finished, the entire roof was pressure washed, including external cleaning of gutters and fascia. One coat of specialised primer was then applied, followed by two coats of roof membrane in Monument. This system provides UV protection, weather resistance and a consistent dark grey finish.
The completed roof is sealed, durable and protected against local conditions. A 15-year warranty on the membrane system was issued on completion.
Grind and repoint ridge caps. Supply and replace damaged tiles as required.
After repairs are completed, pressure wash the roof with a 4,800 PSI pressure washer, including gutter cleaning.
Clean down roof and apply one coat of specialised primer.
Apply two coats of chosen roof membrane in Monument.
Supply 15 year warranty upon final payment.
