Properties Unlimited Group completed a full tile roof restoration in Harristown, Toowoomba QLD. The existing concrete tile roof showed weathering, with ridge capping and valley areas requiring attention to maintain watertight performance.
The roof area measured approximately 175 m². Work included pressure washing the roof and gutters, followed by targeted repairs: grinding and repointing of ridge caps, bedding and pointing of the valley, and replacement of damaged tiles to restore the surface. Once repairs were complete, one coat of specialised primer was applied, then two coats of roof membrane in Red Manor. This system provides UV protection, weather resistance and a consistent finish across the tiles.
The completed roof is clean, sealed and protected against Queensland conditions, with improved durability and appearance. A 15-year warranty on the membrane system was issued on completion.
Grind and repoint ridge caps. Bed and point valley. Supply and replace damaged tiles as required.
Pressure wash roof with a 4,800 PSI pressure washer, including gutter cleaning.
Clean down roof and apply one coat of specialised primer.
Apply two coats of chosen roof membrane.
Supply 15 year warranty upon final payment.
