With a thin, milky-white composition, Metal Primer Plus creates the perfect surface for the Roof Protect Membrane to adhere to, enhancing the performance and durability of the final two coats. Suitable for Colorbond and other metal roofs. This product should not be used on rusty roofs. For roofs with rust, it is recommended to use Roof Protect Rust Inhibitor Primer instead.

Generally, the warranty covers product defects such as premature cracking, peeling, or failure to adhere correctly to the roof surface. However, it excludes damages caused by external factors like storms, improper installation, animal or chemical damage, post-restoration construction, or neglect. Previously painted roofs are not covered, as the product adheres to existing paint rather than the roof surface itself.
To be eligible for the warranty, the product must be applied by a qualified professional following Industrial Roof Coating’s guidelines. Regular inspections and maintenance may also be required to uphold the warranty’s validity.
